Gábor matriculated from secondary school in Hungary in 1981 with a qualification in Bridge engineering. He continued his education by undertaking a comprehensive nurse training program covering mental and physical ailments before entering the Peto Institute for a five year full time course in Conductive Education.
He graduated in 1990.
During this time it was realised that his Bridge engineering skills, with its knowledge of levers would be an asset when making calipers and other supports.
Gábor had eight years experience in Hungary including five years at the National Centre for the Physically Disabled where he was responsible for setting up and supervising the education and rehabilitation programmes for independent living and creating a team to run these programmes.
In 1999 he came to the United Kingdom and He worked at two national centres for conductive learning provided conductive education for children from early years to teenagers and adults in individual and group settings.
In 2004 he became a freelance Conductive Education Teacher and Personal Carer.
In relaxation mode, Gábor is a Boccia referee.
